99% of problems can be solved with a simple email. We request that you reach out to us using our contact page. Our Customer Service Department will get back to you within 24-48 (usually less than 24 hours) with a review of your concern and a solution.
Eligible Refund Requests
Non-delivery of the product/service:
In some cases, the process times are slower, and it makes take a little longer for your order to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department in writing within 7 days from placing the order.
Such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product/service is not as described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
When you purchase a subscription, you will automatically be billed on the same day of each month. If at some point you no longer need your GFL subscription, send us a message via our contact page and we will set your account to expire at the end of your current month’s subscription. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. If for example, you subscribed on September 23rd, but write us about canceling your account a few weeks later on October 10th, we will set your account to cancel on October 23rd, which would be the end of your current month’s subscription. If you prefer immediate cancellation, simply let us know and we can do that for you as well. You are not obligated to remain subscribed for any period of time, but you will need to write to us when you are ready to cancel. We will then handle it and send you a confirmation message.
Subscription Refund Policy:
If you purchase a subscription plan and are unhappy with the service for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of your subscription payment date and we will fully refund and cancel your subscription. If you contact us more than 7 days after your subscription payment was made and request a refund, our team will review your account and if we deem it appropriate, we will fully refund your order. Past 7 days, you are not entitled to a refund.
